Abstract

The article states that the development of the primary school teacher's competence is a key aspect in ensuring the quality education of younger schoolchildren. A competent teacher is able not only to impart knowledge, but also to educate students in critical thinking, creative abilities and social skills.

The article analyzes and defines the forms of information technologies of innovative methodical support for the development of methodical competence of primary school teachers (collective and individual). Non-traditional forms of scientific and methodical work, which correspond to the tasks of improving professional skills under the conditions of reforming the educational sector, are analyzed.

It was established that the processes of modernization of the content of education, new priorities of educational policy, change of conceptual orientations stimulate the search for new approaches to methodical activity; development of the system of methodical work in the conditions of informatization of society; definition, approval and justification of a complex of pedagogical conditions for increasing the effectiveness of methodical work in modern conditions.

It was determined that the wide range of tasks of methodical activity, the nature of its constantly updated content, as well as the level of competence of pedagogical personnel, which also undergoes changes, require various innovative forms of work. In the process of organizing methodical support for the development of scientific and methodical competence of primary school teachers, effective technologies can be: personal-oriented; control and assessment; qualitative; informative

It is noted that creativity in pedagogical work largely depends on the psychological atmosphere that has developed in the team, the attitude of the administration towards creative teachers and, of course, the system of methodical work in the educational institution; the development of primary school teacher competence is the basis of creating a high-quality and modern education system. Only through constant training and interaction can a high level of teaching be ensured, which will contribute to the formation of successful, creative and socially active citizens.

It has been proven that the scientific and methodological competence of primary school teachers is a key element that ensures high quality of education, contributes to the comprehensive development of students and the professional growth of teachers.
