Mind map as a tool in the preparing of preschool education professionals

Abstract

The article presents analysis of the scientific and pedagogical literature on the experience of using mind maps in the educational process of higher education, as well as in the process of preparing students in preschool education. It is determined that the essence of mental maps is to systematize and symbolize information with the help of graphic images. Systematization in mind l maps is reflected through the creation of associations or the presentation of existing content or cognitive field.
From the position of a students, the mind map is considered as a technology of summarizing and mapping educational information during lectures. At the same time, smart cards allow you to save time when you need to design, structure and remember a significant amount of information. The mind map has a number of advantages over the usual notes or short notes.
From the position of a researcher and pedagogical worker, the mind map as a tool for visualization and systematization of information. Mindl maps created by the teacher help to provide information of personal meaning, resulting in a lecture for students with a focus not on the text syllabus, but on the radian record, decorated with associative content. The information presented in the form of a mental map allows the teacher to give a lecture without rigid attachment to the text, while a holistic plan of information is always in front of the eyes.
The analysis of various platforms for creating mind maps made it possible to offer an algorithm for their creation using the online resource MindMeister. Experience of using smart cards in the preparation of applicants for higher education bachelor’s degree in “Preschool Education” allowed to give an example of their use in the educational process.
The peculiarities of the use of mental maps in the process of training preschool education specialists are identified: a wide range of online resources and cloud services allows you to create and use the intelligence of the map in terms of distance learning; user-friendly interface and versatility of resources contribute to the visualization, systematization and structuring of theoretical information during lectures with students; joint work of participants of educational process on development, detailing of a mental map provides interactive interaction of students and the teacher during seminars and practical employment.
